• Star Card (新星卡): Register via the Windsor Hotel Taichung APP to become a Star member. Receive 100 Welcome Points. Earn 1 point per NT$100 spent. Membership is valid for one year; points expire upon expiration.
• Charm Card (魅力卡): Earn 1 point per NT$100. Accumulate 260 points within a year to upgrade to Charm Card. Enjoy a 5% dining discount and special room rates. Valid for one year; points expire and tier downgrades upon expiration.
• Gourmet Card (盛饌卡): Earn 1 point per NT$100. Accumulate 300 points within a year to upgrade to Gourmet Card. Enjoy a 10% dining discount and special room rates. Valid for one year; points expire and tier downgrades upon expiration.
• Jade Card (裕璽卡): Earn 1 point per NT$100. Accumulate 800 points within a year to upgrade to Jade Card. Enjoy a 12% dining discount and special room rates. Membership is valid permanently. Points expire if not used within one year from the upgrade date.

• Dining vouchers can be used at Zhe Yuan Chinese Restaurant (2F), Yuan Yu Teppanyaki (3F), and Hidden Eight (8F) for dine-in. Not valid for takeout, consignment items, or alcohol. One voucher per transaction; cannot be accumulated. Not applicable during Lunar New Year, consecutive holidays, special holidays, or private events. Refer to hotel announcements for details.
• Member-exclusive offers require advance reservation. Subject to room availability; booking is not guaranteed.

1. Membership terms are binding on all members of the Company. By registering as a member, the applicant agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Applicants must provide required personal data. The Company reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility, reject applications, or terminate membership without providing reasons.
3. Applicants must provide true and accurate details. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will not be processed.
4. Misconduct, fraud, misuse of rights, or failure to comply with rules may result in immediate termination of membership. The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time (with or without notice) and assumes no liability for any loss or damage.
5. The Company reserves the right to terminate the operation of the membership at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Members have no right to participate in the organization, operation, or management of the club, nor do they have recourse to its property.

8. Windsor Hotel Taichung APP members earn 1 point for every NT$100 spent at the hotel.
9. Points are accumulated based on same-day invoices only. Invoice amounts cannot be aggregated. Points must be registered at the original point of sale.
10. Star Card members upgrade to Charm Card upon accumulating 160 points/year. Charm Card upgrades to Gourmet Card upon 300 points/year. Gourmet Card upgrades to Jade Card upon 800 points/year. (New member welcome points excluded from upgrade calculation).
11. Points are valid for one year from activation and cannot be deferred. Membership for Star, Charm, and Gourmet cards is valid for one year. Upon expiration without upgrade, the tier downgrades, and points are reset. Jade Card membership is permanent, but points are valid for one year and cannot be deferred.
12. Deposits are not included in point calculations. Points are calculated based on the actual invoice amount after consumption/event completion.
13. In case of refunds, points will be retracted.
14. Redemption items are subject to tax withholding and reporting according to Income Tax Law.
15. Redemption must be processed at the corresponding counter, restaurant, or with relevant personnel.
16. If redemption items are out of stock or discontinued, they will be replaced with items of equal value.
17. Except for in-stock items, redeemed goods require at least 7 working days for collection.
18. Online Store Points: Follow the same rules as on-site consumption. Points are issued upon shipment, not at the time of purchase. Points will be retracted for returns. Shipping fees are excluded from point calculations.
19. The Company reserves the right of final decision and interpretation of all offers and rules.

• Dining & Room Points Rules / Dining Birthday Voucher Usage:

  • Eligible spending includes Rooms and Dining. Points reflect in the account within 48-72 hours. Same-day invoices only; amounts cannot be aggregated. Retroactive registration is not accepted (except for the initial period ending Feb 28, 2023).
  • Ineligible for points: 4F Banquet Hall/Private Rooms, Club Foot Spa, Vouchers, and payments made via accounts receivable (signing to account) without immediate settlement.
  • Birthday vouchers are sent to "Member Offers": Charm NT$200, Gourmet NT$400, Jade NT$600 (denominations of NT$200). Valid for member's own dining consumption during the birthday month. One voucher can be used per NT$2,000 spent.

• Dining Points:

  • Dining promotions prior to Jan 12, 2023, are ineligible. Voucher sales/usage, consignment items, and special projects (as announced) are ineligible.
  • Effective Jan 12, 2023: Credit card offers, contracted client offers, club member dining, house guest dining, voucher surcharges, Zhe Yuan tables, Yuan Yu Teppanyaki, Hidden Eight private events, and alcohol are eligible for points.
• Housing Points:
  • Points for special rates, offers, and contracted partnerships are subject to specific project announcements.
  • Group rates/special rates for travel agencies, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), and contracted group buying platforms are ineligible for points.
