Single-use items are a major source of environmental pollution, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, disposable shampoo and conditioner bottles, etc. These items are thrown away in the trash after use, causing environmental pollution.

According to the Environmental Protection Administration, Taiwan produces approximately 12 million tons of waste each year, of which about 10% is single-use items. These items generate greenhouse gases such as methane when buried, which have a negative impact on the environment.
