Includes two buffet breakfasts for adults at Windsor Café the next morning.
Deluxe Room (Twin beds merged to King): Includes 1 extra breakfast for a child under 12. / Prestige Room (Two Medium Beds) & View Room (King + Sofa Bed): Includes 2 extra breakfasts for children under 12.
Deluxe Room (Twin beds merged to King): Includes 1 ticket for Wonder Newland (3-Zone Access). / Prestige Room & View Room: Includes 2 tickets for Wonder Newland (3-Zone Access).
Deluxe Rooms are set up as Twin beds merged to King by default. If separate beds are required, please notify us one day prior to check-in. Adjustments cannot be made onsite.
Wonder Newland tickets are valid until Feb 28, 2026. Blackout dates: Lunar New Year (Feb 16 - Feb 19, 2026). Expired tickets are void.
Wonder Newland's "VR Trampoline" will undergo adjustments in Jan 2026 and will be closed. Please refer to the park's official announcements for reopening dates.
Complimentary access to ALFA Fitness Club facilities during the stay based on registered occupancy.

Terms & Conditions

In response to government plastic reduction policies, bottled water and disposable toiletries are no longer provided in guest rooms. We encourage you to bring reusable toiletries. If needed, items can be purchased at the lobby counter on the 1st floor.
Water service upgrade: Bottled water is not provided. Filtered water dispensers (sparkling/ice) are available on every floor for your convenience.
Check-in time is after 16:00; Check-out time is before 11:00 the next day.
