The inspiration for "ROAST GOOSE" is derived from the classic literary work "Dream of the Red Chamber," where "Cured goose breast prosciutto" is mentioned. The term " rouge" evokes the delicate, rosy complexion of a girl after dressing up, and the goose meat itself carries a reddish-pink hue. We have incorporated this essence into the preparation of our roasted goose, crafted meticulously by Chef Du through 12 different spices and a six-step process for each "ROAST GOOSE."

Our Green Plum Kumquat Drink, is carefully crafted by Chef Du using a specially prepared Hakka kumquat sauce and a golden ratio of green plum vinegar, creating a delightful balance of sour, sweet, and savory flavors.
