ALFA Club Hardware Facilities Introduction
The ALFA Club operates on a membership basis and includes a gym, indoor heated swimming pool and separate male and female saunas.
 

• Gym and swimming pool opening hours: 06:00 to 23:00
• Saunas (including dry sauna and steam room)  opening hours: 07:00 to 22:40
• Every Monday morning from 06:00 to 12:00, the sauna area (including dry sauna and steam room)  undergo facility maintenance.
• Every first Monday of the month, the entire facility (including gym, group classes, swimming pool, dry sauna, steam room and foot massage) undergoes maintenance for the whole day. Please refer to the table below for facility closure dates. Any changes to the dates will be announced at the club. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. *The sauna is in the nude bathing form. The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.
*All the elders must be accompanied by adult relatives or friends.
*Persons with the following conditions should not use this facility：Under 16 years old, high blood pressure, heart disease, infectious disease, pregnant woman, drunk person.

ALFA Club members and guests staying at Windsor Hotel Taichung can enjoy a 10% discount. Please make a reservation in advance. Operating hours are from 06:00 to 22:00.

Multi-purpose Group Class Schedule
ALFA Club members and guests can enjoy complimentary access to selected classes. Please make a reservation in advance at the club counter.
